Information regarding the delivery and activation of your digital services and subscriptions.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Utkal Office is a Software as a Service (SaaS) and CRM platform. All our products and services are 100% digital. We do not sell or ship any physical goods or hardware. Therefore, traditional shipping policies, physical tracking, and shipping costs do not apply to your purchases.

2. Account Activation & Access

Upon successful payment of your subscription plan:

  • 1Your CRM dashboard will be instantly activated or upgraded automatically.
  • 2A confirmation email containing your digital invoice and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes.
  • 3You can immediately log in to your portal and start utilizing the software tools and features associated with your purchased plan.

3. Delivery Delays or Issues

In rare cases involving payment gateway delays (e.g., pending bank authorizations), the activation of your subscription might take up to 24-48 hours. If your account is not activated instantly after a successful payment deduction, please reach out to our support team with your Transaction ID, and we will manually verify and deliver access.
